Originally born & raised in Southeastern Michigan, I come from a Sicilian/Polish neighborhood in Wyandotte. I am 2nd generation Italian/American. Family and tradition is very important to me. My husband, Matt, & I have been married for 18 years and have a beautiful daughter. We reside in Northwest Michigan and work the greater Cadillac area. I moved to this area in 1996.
Over the past 17 years, I have worked with over 100 First Time Homebuyers and completed several information seminars to educate buyers on purchasing a home. In addition, I have assisted my past clients in purchasing, leasing or selling commercial real estate and/or businesses. Working very closely with local attorneys, title companies, surveyors, environmental professionals and such; I have been successful in completing multiple sales in a timely fashion. I have also assisted several of my clients in renting or leasing properties, selling on a rent to own basis, selling on land contract or purchase money mortgages.
My formal training and prior work experience in the Hospitality field has taught me customer service and the importance of working hard to get the job done regardless of obstacles that arise during the transaction. It also taught me to be versatile - working all arenas of the transaction from title searches, contract law, surveying, etc. I have just enough knowledge in those areas to get the job done!
